ABOUT ME

A graduate of Bentley University, Kristi began her career in retail in the management training program at Filene’s in Boston.  She transitioned into Human Resources + recruiting joining the consumer products division of Corning, Inc. shortly after they were divested in a leveraged buyout.  After several years with the Fortune 500 company, Kristi went out on her own offering outsourced recruiting services.  

She has spent the last 20 years providing modular HR + recruiting services to clients small and large, nationwide. A true lover of retail, in 2007 she fulfilled a lifelong dream of opening a luxury women’s shoe store in the Bucktown neighborhood in Chicago.

Her focus today continues to be with retail and commerce clients, although she has worked across many industries including consumer products, manufacturing, logistics and healthcare.
